Personal Training

Training with a group is important, but 1-on-1 workouts are paramount in the development of proper fundamentals.  In Mike Lee’s Personal Training programs, players master the basic concepts of the game before advancing to Collegiate and NBA style workouts, perfect for improving individual offensive skills.  The customized individual workouts address specific offensive skills to better the mechanics of the player.

Group workouts of 2-4 players allow for situational competition, motivation, and workout variations to keep players fresh. Group sessions are great for teammates looking for ways to workout on their own. We will give you the tools to work on your game on our own.

Team Training

We have trained several teams from the grade school to the collegiate level. If you can’t pass, you can’t pivot, and you can’t dribble, it doesn’t matter what offense you run. Team practices mostly focus on offensive and defensive systems opposed to individual player skill development. Team training sessions specialize in developing individual skills such as passing, dribbling, pivoting, pindowns and attacking efficiently off the dribble so your team can maximize your offensive system.

Coach Training

Every offense looks great on paper, but when it really comes down to it your success will depend on the execution of the offense. No matter which system you run, if you players can’t pivot and pass with contact, finish in traffic, separate from pressure and shoot the basketball, the offense will not produce results. Pete Newell said basketball is the most under taught, over-coached sport in America. How much easier would the game be to coach if your players had a solution for these situations? We’ll give you them!

Our Coaches Skill Development program will help you take your team’s skill development work to an entire new level. We’ll teach you how to incorporate individual skill work during the your practices fousing on passing, dribbling, pivoting, pindowns and attacking efficiently off the dribble so your team can maximize your offensive system.

Mike is available to speak at your Coaches Clinic on Skill Development Training. He has spoken at the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association Clinic, University of Wisconsin-Stout, Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Clinic, Future Stars and several basketball camps throughout the Midwest. Dynamic demonstrations and innovative drills are sure to add value to your clinic experience.
