Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that only until all 3 aspects of player development are focused on — the mental, physical and fundamental — will an individual reach their potential.
The individual player is the fundamental part of a team – just like passing, pivoting, shooting and dribbling are the fundamentals of a player. When you break the game down it is really a series of individual plays that come together to make the team click. The stronger the individual player — the stronger the team.
All 3 aspects of player development work together to maximize a player’s ability. The more efficient a player’s basketball movements are the more it is going to enhance his skill set. A mentally tough player has the ability to use the skills they have worked so hard on to perform under pressure and the more skilled a player is the more the game will slow down for them, making it easier. When all 3 aspects are working together, players and teams, become special.
Our Coaches Skills Academy brings together all 3 aspects of player development – mental, physical and fundamental skills – to present a plan for you to maximize each individual player in your program therefore reaching your team’s potential.
We look forward to seeing you May 18th.

Mike’s lineup of speakers each had great insight to the game of basketball. Their ability to come up with drills that simulate game situations really set this clinic apart from others. His teaching methods are state-of-the-art, and he gets student-athletes to improve their fundamental skills, while having fun doing it. His ball-handling is the best I’ve seen.
